Customer is not authorized on the site

STR :

1. Go to the site https://www.roznica.com.ua/.
2. Scroll down to the “Спецпропозиція” section.
3. Hover the mouse over the “Samsung RF56N9740SG” item.
4. Click on the “Купить” button on the “Samsung RF56N9740SG” item.
5. At the opened window pay attention to the page content.

Actual result : The item is not added to the shopping cart.

Expected result : The “Samsung RF56N9740SG” item is not shown at opened window of shopping cart and digit 1 is not shown on the basket icon at the header
