Steps to reproduset:
1. go to link https://mystat.itstep.org/
2. input yuor log and pass.
3. change [L10n] to BG.
4. scrool left menu to down.

Expected result:
Availability [L10n] link 'Manual' in BG.

Actual recult:
absence [L10n] link 'Manual' in left menu when using BG [L10n]
