Description:Unnecessary link in every menu of "Пропозиції" that dublicate its title and goes to same place.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Enter "Пропозиції"
2) Go to any link of the menu.
3) CLick the link with same name as title.
Expected result: No need of this link
Actual result: The link exist
